How it works

From first visit to final check

Timing depends on measurements, material availability, fabrication and access. We'll explain the expected schedule with your quote.

  1. Assessment

We look at the damaged glass, the opening and how it can be reached: from inside the unit, the balcony or outside.

  2. Measuring

We measure the glass and the opening, and note the building's requirements for access and timing.

  3. Access & quote

We plan access with you or the property manager, such as elevator booking, roof access and notices to residents, and quote with the expected schedule.

  4. Replacement

The damaged glass is removed, the new glass is installed and sealed, and the area is cleaned up.

Common questions

Before you call

More answers in our full list of questions, or call (647) 504-4338.

How do you reach the glass?

It depends on the job. Smaller jobs usually start from inside the unit or the balcony, or with rope access. Bigger jobs use a swing stage hung from the roof.

Who arranges things with building management?

It depends on the building. Sometimes we arrange elevator bookings, roof access and notices with the property manager, and sometimes the unit owner does. We'll tell you what's needed for your building.

Can one window or balcony panel be replaced?

Yes. A single window, balcony door or balcony panel can be replaced on its own.

What should I send for a quote?

The building address or area, the floor, photos of the damaged glass from inside (and outside if you can), and the property manager's contact if they're involved. You can attach photos in our quote request form.
