How it works

From first visit to final check

Timing depends on measurements, material availability, fabrication and access. We'll explain the expected schedule with your quote.

  1. Site visit

We look at the storefront, the entrance and how customers, staff and deliveries use it.

  2. Measuring

We measure each panel and door opening, check the existing frames, and note access, opening hours and any building or landlord requirements.

  3. Plan & quote

Glass, frames, doors and hardware, how access will work during the job, and the expected schedule.

  4. Installation

Work areas are protected, old glass or frames are removed, and the new glazing and doors are installed and checked.

Common questions

Before you call

More answers in our full list of questions, or call (647) 504-4338.

Can my business stay open during the work?

Yes. Your business can stay open while we work. We can also come early in the morning or later in the evening, so the job causes as little disruption as possible. We'll plan access and timing with you when we assess the job.

Can just one panel be replaced?

Yes, if the frame around it is in good condition. We measure the panel and check the frame before we quote, so you know whether anything else needs attention.

What details do you need for a quote?

The business address or city, photos of the storefront from outside and inside, rough sizes of the panels or doors, what's damaged or needs changing, and any landlord or building requirements you know about. You can attach photos in our quote request form.

Do you do glass inside the business too?

Yes. Glass partitions, meeting rooms and counter guards are on our glass partitions & mirrors page.
