Glass repair
Glass Repair & Replacement across the GTA.
Broken panes, cracked glass and fogged sealed units replaced in your existing windows, doors and balconies. We check whether the problem is the glass itself or the frame around it, and explain what needs fixing before any work starts.

What we do
What's included
This page is about fixing glass in windows and doors you already have. If the whole window or door needs replacing, see windows & doors.
Broken or cracked panes
Damaged glass is removed safely and new glass is fitted to the existing frame.
Fogged sealed units
Double- and triple-pane units that have lost their seal and fogged up between the panes.
Glass or frame?
We check the frame, sash, seals and hardware, so you know whether new glass will fix the problem or the frame needs attention too.
Patio door and entrance glass
Glass in existing sliding patio doors and entrance doors, for homes and businesses.
Balcony and condo glass
Damaged balcony glass and condo windows, including glass on high-rise buildings.
Hardware
Worn hardware on existing windows and doors repaired or replaced.

How it works
From first visit to final check
Timing depends on measurements, material availability, fabrication and access. We'll explain the expected schedule with your quote.
Send photos
A close-up of the damage and a photo of the whole window or door help us see what we're dealing with before we visit.
Site visit & measuring
We measure the glass and the opening, and check the frame, seals and hardware for damage or wear.
Quote
You get a quote for the glass and any parts that need replacing, with the expected schedule.
Replacement
The damaged glass is removed, the new glass is fitted and sealed, and the area is cleaned up.
Common questions
Before you call
More answers in our full list of questions, or call (647) 504-4338.
Can just the glass be replaced?
Often, yes. If the frame, sash and hardware are in good condition, we can usually replace only the broken glass or the sealed unit. If the frame is damaged or worn out, we'll show you what we found and explain the options before you decide. If the whole unit needs replacing, see windows & doors.
What causes fog between the panes?
Double- and triple-pane windows are sealed units. When the seal around the edge fails, moist air gets between the panes and condenses, which shows up as fog or haze you can't wipe off because it's inside the glass. Replacing the sealed unit fixes it, and the frame can often stay.
What photos should I send?
A close-up of the damage, a photo of the whole window or door from inside (and outside if you can), and a photo of any label or stamp in the corner of the glass. Add rough sizes and your city or postal code. You can attach up to 3 photos in our quote request form.
Do you replace balcony and condo glass?
Yes. We repair and replace balcony glass, condo windows and glass on high-rise buildings, including work at height. See condo & high-rise glass.
